Jag kom att tänka på att det kanske finns ett intresse av uppdateringarna som görs på Axis History Factbook här så jag samlar dem i denna tråden.

AHF has been relaunched, completly rebuilt and with a new and more advanced engine to power things and allow us to continue expanding in the future.

Many of the unit histories have been updated and some of the larger updates are mentioned below.

We have added photos from the Al-Alamein War Museum, Egypt.

We have added information on the Hungarian Occupation Commands / Occupation Groups.

Info on the SS-Baubrigaden and SS-Eisenbahn-Baubrigade has been added.

We have added more photos of Finnish memorials.

The Slovakian Army section has been expanded.

The Hungarian Army section has been expanded.

Info on the Artillerieführer and Infanterieführer of the Reichswehr has been added.

Interviews with Iain Ballantyne and Klaus Schmider have been added.

Two campaign bibliographies by Richard Hargreaves has been added: Poland 1939 and Breslau 1945.

The article Fred Koenig: A SS Grenadier from Chicago USA has been added.

Info on the Winter in Stalingrad in 1942/43 has been added.

Info on the Penal units of the Heer, Festungs-Brigaden, Grenzschutzabschnittskommandos, Sonderdivision R and Grenz-Infanterie-Regimenter, Festungen and other defensive positions, Sturm-Mörser-Kompanien has been added.

Info on the Ersatz-Brigaden, Sicherungs-Brigaden, Sturmpanzer-Abteilungen, Polizei-Reiter-Abteilungen, Schnelle Brigaden, Contacts between German forces and Yugoslav partisans and Poles conscripted into the Wehrmacht has been added.

Reviews of "Voices of the Bulge: Untold Stories from Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge" by Michael Collins & Martin King "Advance and Destroy: Patton as Commander in the Bulge" by John Nelson Rickard have been added.
