"The 96 Hour Scheme was the final training exercise at the completion of 'Finishing School' at Beaulieu.
The exercises took place at various locations in England and Wales and were tailored to the individual agent and their proposed role in Europe.
The Agents would be housed in a safe-house or hotel and the local Police would be alerted as to their presence in the area. They would be given tasks to accomplish and contacts to make, they might or might not be tested by provocateurs.
At the conclusion of the exercise there would be a written report submitted and a debrief.
The training team would make their final recommendations as to the candidates employment after this exercise."
