Fotnoten ger denna information:Violence against black POWs was never prosecuted by the Nazi authorities. The only known legal case concerns a soldier of a Waffen-SS unit who refused to shoot a wounded black POW. The soldier was acquitted of criminal charges by an SS court but expelled from the SS.
